Scout’s coaching experience began while she was pursuing her Master’s and Doctorate degrees at the University of Georgia. As a state champion swimmer, she was tagged to coach children and high school students. She took her coaching skills into her work with the YMCO and a number of hospital/medical teams. She won an invitation to join the faculty of the University of Illinois where she continued to teach and coach students and patients. She also helped initiate the Special Olympics and the Para Olympics. Her work was recognized by medical teams in the USA and Canada. From here she launched her career into the corporate world, where she has coached teams across America, Canada, and Europe.
